Motivation de Service Public : que nous apprend la recherche

Il existe de nombreuses théories liées aux leviers de motivation au travail, avec des facteurs reconnus (rémunération, reconnaissance, responsabilité, autonomie), mais des recherches menées dans plusieurs pays ont montré qu'il existe des facteurs de motivation très spécifiques aux services publics : on les rassemble dans l'expression Motivation de Service Public (MSP).
